The New Album from Grace Hayhurst, out NOW!

“I truly do believe that ‘The World is Dying’, and that there isn’t much we can do about it - even if a ‘Revolution’ were to occur. Humanity is doomed one way or another, due to climate change, selfish actions of oligarchs, or just simply a super-volcano reactivating covering our atmosphere in ash making planet earth uninhabitable. Hmm, maybe I should go back to therapy.”

“This record represents three and a half years of hard work chipping away constantly in the background in all areas of my life - the devil on my back for better and for worse”

'Take Off' from Grace Hayhurst

The 2nd single from her debut album

Take Off tells the core message of the record - all of our frustrations with tossers like Elon Musk trying to drain the planet’s resources and run away on space ships leaving the rest of us commoners behind to fend for ourselves.

“Short and sweet, this is easily the most riff forward guitar heavy song on the album. It’s fun to listen to, fun to play, and doesn’t mess around”

'The World is Dying' from Grace Hayhurst

The title track single

Well, The World is Dying is more science fiction turned horrible reality. The pushback of the disparity of economic capital on planet earth. Watching idiotic figures like Elon Musk waste our planet’s resources to jet off to Mars leaving us all behind to fend for ourselves, instead of trying to sort out the problems we have on earth first to enable us all to lead better lives.

Oh, what Absent Future that we find ourselves in now, in possibly the worst climate of political disarray since the height of the cold war.

Want a little more?

Then maybe consider swinging by my Patreon. I can't make a promise that there will always be highly interesting things on there, but it's the best way of supporting me as making music is expensive.

I'm very eager to 'take this show on the road' as they say and do a series of live performances, but because I pay the musicians I work with a fair rate, that means each live show costs me over £1,000 to put on - which at my level means losing money and going into debt - I currently just cannot afford to do that.

In order to kickstart this, I would love your support - if you're someone with a bit of spare change that can offer it.
